The devil's psyops: How the devil is shaping the way we view God to win us over.

We are told in this world that “there is nothing to fear but fear itself.”

while this sounds reassuring, it is rather very deceiving. It is perhaps one of the devil’s greatest deceptions because it removes God from that picture. It appears the right way to see it for anyone, anywhere is to unlearn this very deception of the Devil and realize that the one to Fear is God Himself. In today’s society, the media has portrayed God as this gentle pacifist man-Jesus no one fears and that is one of the deceptions of the deceiver, the Devil. What he is doing is called Psyops (Psy-ops) in the military.

It is psychological operations, a part of psychological warfare aimed at shaping the way the public view our enemy in order to achieve certain pre-defined military objectives. the devil knows God is the one to be feared but it will not help what he needs to accomplish if we knew the truth. he wants to be seen as the one to be feared, for people to join his ranks and more importantly not have wisdom and not join God’s ranks. But here is the truth: In Psalm 104:32, it is written of God: ” He looks at the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke.” In Job 26: 11, it said of God: “The pillars of heaven tremble And are amazed at His rebuke.” Satan lies about it because he wants to lead people away from God and into sin. Could it be so that they follow his ranks, the ranks of those who oppose Christ and his kingdom? Those are the ones who will be fighting God’s angels during the battle of Armageddon, those who oppose Christ and his kingdom, including Satan and his followers. The Bible shows that he fears the power and authority of God. In the book of James, as it says that even the demons believe in God and tremble (James 2:19). In James 2:19 it is written : “You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.” This suggests that Satan and his followers are aware of God’s power and might and are fearful of the consequences of opposing him.

We get a better look at Satan fearing him and even fleeing God in Job 26: 13, which writes “By His breath the heavens are cleared; His hand has pierced the [swiftly] fleeing serpent.” It is therefore very misleading and perhaps one of the devil’s greatest deceptions to make us think that there is nothing to fear but fear itself. It is more accurate to say: “There is nothing to fear but God Himself.” The great news is, that fear of God comes with a great reward. It brings wisdom.
